Do not be confused by the above formulas.
The word " REFUND " means when the CPF member dies early, balance money in the retirement account will go back to his family.
NO-REFUND means when the CPF member dies, no matter how much money he may have in his retirement account goes back to the insurance pool.
The figure 65,70,75,80,85,90 means the age when we are supposed to start drawing a monthly payment from our retirement account.
