what u think about punggol plaza being the only 'shopping mall' in punggol? what they lack? what they should have?

how often u guys/gals visit the mall?

Personally I have given up on Punggol Plaza...Nothing can be done until we get the Koufu Boss out from PP.

the plaza is owned by NTUC right?  Personal feel:   NTUC dunno how to manage mail well.   I can remember a few mails(Houguang  mail, rivervale plaza,etc..) that was own by NTUC become better after Capital Land take over the ownership.

This plaza and Buangkok Green are developed by the Koufu boss. He's OK, just that his right-hand men are a bunch of cheaters.
They cheat the stall-holders regarding their contracts, they cheat on the shop areas. Can't' be trusted at all.
