Warning to anyone who is making purchases from beds.sg

Please prepare to wait at home for the full day for your delivery because they do not and will not follow the preferred timing 20% of the time. (According to beds.sg staff, 80% is fulfilled, I assume 20% is not on time).

Bought a wardrobe and arranged for 10am-2pm delivery tomorrow only to get a call today to say that they cannot deliver between that given timing and can only come between 2pm-5.30pm.

Don't plan anything at all for your day of delivery, beds.sg has the right to foil all your plans as all timing provided is only tentative and subjected to confirmation one day before delivery... Well done beds.sg, well done.

First and last purchase from this place. Beds.sg

 Hi there, hope things are fine for you. As spoken on the phone before, the timing that we allow customers to choose on our website is only a 'preferred' timing and was never meant as a 'confirmed' timing. We try to state it as clear as possible on the right hand corner of the checkout page just before customers do their payment for items. We apologise that this message was not conveyed clear enough to you. We thank you for your feedback and will try and improve this issue. We sincerely apologise and seek your kind forgiveness on this matter.

As also spoken, our guys have delivered some of your items on your preferred timing on 9th August, while the delivery team from our supplier had delivered the rest at a later timing between 2pm - 5.30pm. We want to apologise that the delivery guys from our supplier is beyond our control, as they will be on a schedule that is not advised by BEDS.sg. We constantly advise our suppliers to adhere to the schedule given to us by our customers, but we regret that they do not necessarily always follow them. The reason why we called you up yesterday, was to inform you about this matter. We understand that the above circumstances faced by us should in no way act as a negative consequence that should affect you, but we regret that it does happen once in a while. We are actively trying to improve our logistic processes with our suppliers. We seek your kind understanding on this unfortunate experience you have with us.

We are pleased to have received word that you had already received your Crisford Modular Wardrobe.

Once again, we would like to apologise to you for all the inconvenience that you have faced. Nothing was intentional. We hope that you will continue shopping with us in the future.

Good to see your response. Yes I have received by wardrobe by sacrificing my plans that afternoon.

This is a warning to all who wanna shop at beds.sg, which is turning into fortytwo soon. All timing are just tentative and preferred but not confirmation.

So shop at home, shop from home, wait at home.

Quality of the wardrobe is a little bit cheap as well... but not much to complain about since its cheap to begin with.
