This might have come up in previous threads. If so, pls excuse me for repeating.

I thought I should warn residents using MSCP at blk 137, Edgedale Plains. There is this lady staying in the block just next to the MSCP, she would throw her stained sanitary napkins down from her unit!

My family has encountered this numerous times. Its usually towards the end of the month that this happens. Sometimes it stops for awhile (probably she remembers there is a common rubbish chute on her floor) then it starts again.

Very sad and angry that this is happening. Usually, we 'run for our lives' when exiting the carpark!

Residents just take care to look around for any 'UFP'.
