TAP WATER SMELL LIKE DETERGENT

Hi People,
I'm a Blk 128D resident.................
Drinking directly from the tap (especially late at night), I notice the water taste and smell like detergent, even my friends notice it too, wonder if it is proper, or any Punggol residents share the experience........

Yes, i experienced that, even until now.  but it is not just in punggol, the tap water at the west area (jurong east, bukit batok) tasted the same too.

whoa u two got super-dupey taste bud....
u drink directly from the tap? DUn.....
need to boil water, cool it then drink, lots of chlorine/fluorine in our tap water if u drink it raw
better still if u two r rich, install a diamond water purifier then....so no complaints liao
