Yes, I have seen every morning that lady with 6 dogs. I am still trying to find out which blk and floor. I suspect she's from Blk 114. May be she has a dog-grooming home business.

Just like in childcare, teachers bring children to the playground to play.

Hi Miracle

I agree with you that kids do make noise and disturb us too.  But kids can be told off and reasoned, they would usually understand, or their parents would tell them to keep their voices down if we inform them politely.  Unlike dogs, even when they are told off, they continue barking when they see something exciting and surprise you from behind the wall pillars under the void decks while you are making a turn or something.

But I have seen parents telling off the kids and they became worse. Started screaming at the top of their voice... Kids these days...  Angry

why some residents when they are working, they left their dogs at home unattended? I thought these people are supposed to be animal lovers. The dogs are barking inside the house non-stop.

Hi Alaska, you staying around my place too?  Let's keep a look out for her, I told her repeatedly about her noisy dogs and she just ignore me.  Her dogs are really getting on my nerves.  I don't mind the morning walk, but its the late night dog walk that is a nightmare! My baby is a light sleeper that's why. I am planning to take some pics of her in action and would send it to HDB, as many had suggested, but if you got her details or photo first then inform me. Did you see the man with the big dog that is not on a leash too?

Thanks so much
