Smoking in Punggol Plaza Singtel Shop

Every time walking past this SingtelShop, have to hold our breath from the heavy smell of smoke coming out of the Shop's inner office. I wonder is the management of the plaza had given them some warnings or are they permitted to smoke inside the small room within the shop in the plaza? I smoke stinks especially in aircon places, and it is very bad for our health shopping near the area...

Think the 2nd level electronic shop also had this problem too. But not toooo bad nowadays
