Anyone have any clue on where i can go to complain about smoking neighbours?
They stay below my flat and smoke at the balcony or rooms, every 3 hours of the day.
Since smoke travel upwards, my entire living room envelopes in the smoke for the 20 minutes every 3 hours a day.
I approached them once already to ask them to smoke out of the house on weekends, weekdays i'm fine since i'm not home most of the time but still no improvement. My girl is asthmatic and i dun think i want to wait till we both get lung cancer due to breathing passive smoke over the next decade or so. Isnt there anything ELSE we can do??
