the paints of certain blks r okie, still maintaining well. it would be nice to get painted 6-10yrs. but the most disgusting matter is the foodstuff/garbage/clothings tat r thrown off from the kitchen windows n stuck at the cement slabs....yucks....

Paint standard drop a lot... u see the new block near mrt ... new one yet the colour so dull.
The whole punggol should paint with more bright and lively colour ... PUNGGOL 21 PLUS PLUS mah !

Happen to go by blk106 there , the common flooring at the ground floor also do painting la...

it should be painted once every 6 years or so, provided town councils dont lose our money in their investments on lehman brothers & etc .... mad
