Rude pet owner

Encountered a rude pet owner today.

He not only allow his dog to poo on the pavement below the block but also gestured middle finger at us when we looked at him. To clarify, we looked not because he is 'handsome' but to take a second look at what he is doing, hanging around the void deck at night. Only to be 'greeted' by his middle finger. what is infuriating is he gestured in the presence of our son!

If anyone ever sees a stout looking man in his early 30s, wearing dark framed glasses and owns a shitzu dog. that's him!
