Punggol Plaza Shuttle Bus - No show?

Hello Punggol folks,

Has anyone encountered issues with the Punggol MRT - Punggol Plaza shuttle bus? Was trying to take the shuttle bus last night, waited from 9.30pm(missed 9.25pm bus) till 10.10pm and we didn't see any Punggol Route shuttle bus appear. There was another Malay family waiting as well with 2 small kids and was told by a staff of a bread shop that there's no more bus.

The timing on the shuttle bus pick up point says last bus was at 10pm but it didn't show up at all.

Anyone encountered this issue? Saw another thread saying that they have issues with this shuttle bus as well complaining to Punggol Plaza Management doesn't work apparently. Just wondering if anything can be done. Misleading information causing a lot of time wasted.

Anyone knows why this is happening?

Don't bother to take the shuttle bus, it is abused by those parents/maids for fetching their kids to the primary school near p plaza. Even if there's a bus , won't have seats to board.
