I had the same incident too. I was selecting some birthday fun packs when I asked him whether he has packs of the same color, his replied..dont have mean dont have, with a rude face. Luckily, there was this guy from the same shop who helped me to find.

Don't patronise them if you guys aren't happy with their service.
With mediocre service like that, the shop isn't going to last long.

that's true, but sometimes you need some stuff urgently and you've got no choice...in punggol there are not many other options.  Just take photocopying service...its either them or downstairs (photo studio).  The photo studio charges 10cents pc while this bookshop charges 5cents if you copy more. 

Costs wise, definitely I'll choose bookshop...there's no competition here so that's why their service sucks!

So somehow when No one goes to PP....the management will definitely feel it...then is time to change of management...and make this place a better place to shop again...
