Do you know, recently a group of the stupid Crows have invaded to Punggol ? Very noisy every morning .!
Did anyone noticed ? Where to complain ... to kill them off ....

Probably National Environment Agency (NEA)

They have a page titled "Reducing the Crow Population", but its empty, http://app.nea.gov.sg/cms/htdocs/category_sub.asp?cid=140
