No "kosong" prata for eve of CNY and ...?

This morning, my family and I went to KouFu at SengKang Park anf I ordered "kosong" (w/o egg) prata.

I was told thay thay only sell egg prata today and asked them why?

However they are unable to give me a valid reason, simple I common sense tell me that egg will have better profit.

Such way of doing business is totally unacceptable and unethical in trying to rip more profit for the festive season.

Appreciate if the management of KouFu is able to give the general public a good response to such case.
