Never go for this car rental company at golden mile tower

There is a company which i would like to complain about.
In the forum,they can say,no matter is weekends package,monthly or even a day package,they do offer.
The problem is that my hubby would want to do car rental with them for a day,they would dilly dally,trying to drag for as many days without replying to the customer.
Is this the way for doing business,when customer tried calling,but there isn't any answer!
They even drag and drag for many days,we had kept calling and smses to them,their reply is that priority go to customer who take up their package.
After waiting for some days,the only reply is that their cars had already given to those customers who signed up for a package.

I find that this car rental company is not good at doing business.
How can they post up on the website saying that they do car rental for a day,but hide their policy when customer sign up for a day package?
