Call police and no more litter ? Wah.... like that the next time someone throw stuff to my ledge, i call police straightaway. I always "suffer in silent" and clean up the mess.

shouldn't clean up the mess.. must leave the scene 'untouched' so that the cops can dust for fingerprints and check for DNA from the stuffs.. not forgetting to take note of the weather and wind speed of the day the litters were discovered cos they might want to do a 're-enactment' from different floors to determine where the culprit threw the rubbish from...

actually neighbourhood police in our area is quite good. they even called husband's hp to inform him they are coming over for investigation. something good about punggol! yes, they did ask about the brand of the coffee packet. husband even volunteer to give one to them (it is still in our dustbin), but they say no need.

from the tea bag episode, we deduced its the 16 floor. coz the aiming is really good. right at my aircon. such aiming can only take place if you are one floor up. two floor up, its more difficult. 16 floor is rented out to a group of chinese students though.
