My aircon ledge is littered yet again..

Sounds like you're having an even worse time than I am. At least at my end it's sporadic.

I clean up my ledge a week ago & it is dirty again by maggie packet, 3in 1 tea packet, cigar butt, tissue etc etc.....

No way I could reach out so gotto use a bamboo stick to scrap them out & let them fall below....

Felt sometime gravity can go the other way round & what ever these pple throw will boomerang bk to them haiiiiii.....

How frustrating can this gets!!!!  Hate such inconsiderate people. 

As for me, I once caught the person throwing down stuff and screamed at her.  I happened to be at the window and saw the litter flew down.  I looked up of the window and the person peeped...My reflex action was screamed at her. Since then, I don't see much litter these days except for occassion tissue paper and cigarette butts.
