Manual car wash at Shell Station

In case you are considering trying them out, please don't.
My husband did and he regretted it. We usually go to the car wash at SPC, but wanted to give the new one (at Shell station) a try to see which is better. It's a bad decision.
For $7, we are not expecting a fantastic job, and indeed they didn't do a proper job, can see stains at the bottom bit of the door, but worst of all, they scratch our door. We could see faint circles of scratches later when we had a closer look.

No trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. But just a word of caution.
