Litter bugs - Smoking in the lift

Hi,

Is there anyone who know if the lift is install with camera or detector? Recently I realise that someone in the same block is always littering. Mostly mailer or brochures. Very inconsiderate, there was once when I almost slip when step on.. 

and as well, Please smoke outside the lift or open space, thank you!
