Do you share the same view as me? Our kindergarten (under PAP or PCF) fees in Punggol is very expensive compared to other estates.
The one in BLK 105D not cost around $130/mth for 4 hours. The one behind Punggol Plaza is also about the same however other estates i heard have as low as $70. Why the difference? I once asked the school in blk 105D and the reason is because of airconditioning and computer. Just thinking how many times in 1 year do our kids get to use the computer in the school??? if they want to make education compulsory then don't inflate cost too much...
If Primary school the fee is $5 for 6 hours why kindergarten $130 for 4 hours....so much difference.
Because it is under PAP...PAY and PAY Party...don't you get it?
