That's why the title of this topic is "JUST FOLLOW THE LAW", a show by Jack Neo. Everything black and white, without it nothing happen till sometime bad happen then they start investigating. head banging

PP illegal p(h)arking problem will continue until a major accident happens.
The only way to reduce the jams is to call the TPs whenever we spot illegal p(h)arkers there..

Yes, when you have report, they ask you to send in your written complain. Can't someone just act then waiting for paper action?
