such is the culture developed by our blood sucking leaders tat everyone only cares abt themselves. as long as they cover their arse, who cares a shit if u got lights to play badminton or not. either u close 1 eye as sporeans are extremely good at or note down the person's name and be prepared to waste alot of time making a feedback.

i agree too tat people in power have everything in spore under their eyes.. (which really shows wat a sham the escape of richard yong)
the reason nothing's being done or replied is its not election time so why should they give a hoot. as mentioned, perhaps when theres a chance to look hero in papers and gain some kopi money, they might pick someone to sue for slandering

 Smiley Sengkang Community Centre......sounds familiar ....is it near Compass Point ? If it is , then it's not under Punggol North, should be either Punggol East or Central.
