damn lucky its plants!

for me, as i live near the common rubbish chute area, my neighbours filled it with their garbage.

bags contain pads, their party leftovers.  inviting pests & ants.  on top of that liquid under spilled from the bag in some cases liquid looks like blood.

once, i took out a bag of garbage search for any clues & wrote an educational note.  i call town council & wash the area fortnightly with dettol, bleach, detergeant.  everything lar. put ants poison & spray with mortein

too bad, i asked for conservancy discount but rejected  Tongue

Eothian,GUess what??  My bro who also lives in Punggol...he thought of doing exactly what your evil mind thought of!  haha!!  cos the neighbour put the plant (which is bushy and reaches the roof) in front of his door!!  wah lau!  THen when he asked them to move it closer to their unit instead of in front of his, they used the excuse that they cant cos it will block their Altar which they drilled into the wall on his side of the corridoor (they live diagonally opoosite each other) so it looks like the altar belongs to my brother's flat! so what can he say?  She use the god as an excuse liao...my brother also bo bian....

In this kinda of case, he should ask the neighbour which is more important, Altar or plant ? I bet he cannot have both.

Use God as an excuse ? OK, tell your brother to set the plants on fire and claim it is the "ACT OF GOD".
