at 63xx new flat at punggol. My house is under renovation now but my neighbour already put a lot of things in commone area eg bicyle/shoe rack/baby car etc.

As the common area is limited i really hope that they should consider other people and make the way clean.  Angry

you just need to lodge a complaint to civil defence, ring them up and tell them the unit no. n your problem... its hud be solve within a week.
