Hi,

I have been facing several problems with my neighbour for quite some time already.


He had been adding new electrical gadgets like video cameras. Recently he changed it into an auto sensor so when we walk pass, the alarm will go off. 


Is this act allowed?
I have attached a picture with it. Please advise me on what to do. Thanks.
