Inconsiderate smokers at level 13, Blk 102C

I wish to say that there is an uncle smoker staying at level 13, blk 102C. During weekday night time, he sits at his balcony and smokes, lasted for a good half an hour. Sometimes, he smokes too during mid night when we are asleep. I could smell the smokes.

I once went to talk to him. He asked me to close my living room glass door so that the smoke won't drift in my living room. After that, he smokes even more frequently as i think he is quite unhappy with me.

The worst is during weekends, when i was at home with young kids, i have to always close my glass doors so that my young kids won't breath in the smoke. We all know that the second hand smoke is very bad for health escpecially young kids.
