blame it on the upbringing..parents,grandparents or there gene.
i live in block 196b.
and this is the 1st time i have seen such LAZY neighbours.
i dont consider their family very polite.
more on the gangster kind of family i shld say. -no offence though-
i have seen rubbish thrown at the staircase [[ those which has doors the kind of starcase ]]
i dont know who did it because i didnt witness them throwing it there.
but i have a hunch that it is them.
i thought they only did it once.
but it happen again n again.
i dun think the next door neighbour did it because they are friendly.
i dun think my family did it because we throw into the chute.
i didnt take picture because im lazy. so sowwie to say ^^
it has been a very long time since they done it.
like a few years ago when they shifted?
