Inconsiderate Neighbour [Dog Barking @ Blk 204C #11floor]

i residence @ blk 204C, some inconsiderate neighbour always gv his dogs anyhow bark...
daytime time bark...nevermind...
nitetime oso bark !!    wah piang!

somemore tat neighbours got two dogs leh! wah liew... can u imagine two dogs bark 2gether?? i got a bb @ hm leh... always gana wake up by their barking noise!
sometimes i really wan to make a police report leh! but i tink twice lor...

i heard frm my frd said tat actually dog owners oni can keep one dog @ hm and not more than one....
anyone heard b4?  issit e true?

yes..  only 1 dog in a HDB flat...

anyway... which ever... home owner cannot keep more than 1 dogs...
umm.... if it goes on like tis... i tink will ask my hubi to take action liao.
