soooo furious with this neighbour who lives just above me.
he/she loves to pour water out of his/her bedroom window!
my window has that special sun visor thing installed by hdb.. which has a few slanted aluminium bars.
so, when this CONSIDERATE neighbour of mine pours water, the water will hit the bars and get flicked into my room!
for goodness sake, my bed is just beside my window!
this also provides FREE CLEANING service to my windows. the windows always get gross stains!
worse, i suspect that it's not just clean water, cos it's rather sticky.
AND this occurs not just once, twice.. but at least ONCE EVERYDAY!
sometimes wee early in the morning, which cause me to wake up from my sleep!
this is seriously getting onto my nerves. sometimes i'll complain very loudly at my window, hopefully to let that bugger hear. but it still happens everyday. does anyone know anyway where i can file an official complaint?
