May be they are testing the gas pipe for the new blocks of flats.   Anyway talking about gas.......my upstair neighbour, there's an old man, he fart so loud i think it can be heard 3 storeys down.   Can smell it somemore but luckily not so strong.   We have to close the door and spray the whole house with freshbreeze

Now I understand what my Punggol friends say.

Downstairs/upstairs cook belacan, my clothes hanging outside have the smell of these oil.
Some of you complaint about upstairs/downstairs neighbour smoking also can smell right?
I can even smell urine stench don't know which up or downstairs neighbour.

Conclusion: Punggol flats ventilation is very lousy.

i feel like to stick a cork screw into the old man's u know where.....it's so rude.   I think this old man find it's amusing or shiok.....but not us....if my frens or relative come for gathering and hear that type of sound....so embarrassing.......can the old man fart quietly....no need to brag about it
