Yeah, i totally agree.. sometimes, when I run near the construction area, I cannot help but be a little bit more conscious and wary.

Singapore is not as safe but its still much safer than many countries.
Try jogging in Paris. I feel insecure even when I was riding the train only. Nevertheless, Ladies ve to take extra care when jogging. Take note of ur running rig and make sure its not too revealing. Bear in mind the Bukit Batok Nature Reserve rape case. The criminal is still unknown and at large. Tht lady was a routine runner in the area. I believed she was being targeted and monitored for a very long time.
