Fitness Corner for Cleaning Dogs?

Last night, when I was doing warm-up at the fitness corner behind Bklock 174 series, I saw this young couple with 2 big collies. The lady was cleaning the dog at the sit-up bench area, dirtying the area with dog fur and powder. Such level of civic-mindness really irks me off. So I went down to take some pictures to post them here. If anyone in this forum knows them, please inform them to be more considerate.

A fitness corner is for residents to exercise, and not cleaning your dogs. If you want to keep dogs, be prepared to dirty your place. Don't clean your dogs in public areas, expecting aunties/ bangdelashies to clean your "shit". Today is a public holiday, so no cleaners are around. If anyone or family want to use the area to exercise, how would they feel? Please help to spread the word around. Thank you very much.

Next time you see that just take a photo and send to AVA lor. simple.
I think high chance her dogs got no license.
