Elevators double up as toilet

Recently the elevators at my block is always messed with urine. We have to carefully enter to avoid stepping on the puddle. 

Do you people encounter the same problem at your vicinity? What can be done & who to report to?

Yea, There are a few occasions when this happened at my blk too.. Not sure if it is animal's or human's though....

mine oso.....and worse with all paper rubbish being throw in....one of our neighbour even wrote on an A4 size paper and remind not to urinate inside the lift....unfortunately there are always inconsiderate people around....
