dog urine everyday in front of life lobby

 :mad:whenever I passby the lift lobby of 172C to the carpark, there is always a stink smell of dog's urine. I know it is a smell of dog's urine because I also have a dog. When I try to locate the spot, i saw urine in the 2 small stools infront of the lift. The stools are for people to sit, and it is just infront of the life. The smell is terrible when u need to wait for the lift. I don't know if the residents of this block notice it. There was one time I saw an uncle walking his dog and u know let the dog urine in the stools. I did not confront him cause i am not sure if he is the one who always bring his dog there. Can the owner of who did this stop the act if u read this?

if you say everyday u smell the urine..........
where the hell the cleaners?

i know last time in old housing estate
cleaners do their job everyday
now i'm lucky if i can see them once a week

spray insecticide there.. see if the dog stil pee there. Once the smell-spot is gone, and replaced by something awful.. dont think the dog wana spot that area again.
