Dog poo

I was driving back along the alley between blocks 171 and 172 when I spotted a woman and her massive light brown dog which reach up to above her waist.  Maybe she is short and  I slowed down and wondered if they would do the unthinkable.  Yes, the dog pooped and I noted from the back view mirror, no attempt was made to pick up the mess.  By the time I went round the corner, the poo was perhaps still there.  Whoever it is, if you are a resident here, BIG dogs are not allowed in HDB flats.  If you are not a resident, you should pick up whatever you left behind or your dog.  Parents whose children are attending Greendale Pri, you should refrain from letting your kids play on the grassy path surrounding the school fence.

I'm a dog owner and even I myself avoid grass patch that is dumped with dog poo. Was told by vet dog poo attracts ticks. Want to own a dog, be a responsible dog owner.
