Disgusting High-Floor Littering - Faecal Waste!

This is the most disgusting form of high-floor littering I have encountered. Someone living above our unit at Punggol Field 199C (we do not know which one) has been throwing dog faeces and soiled diapers out of their kitchen window! These disgusting litter fall onto our service balcony and dirty our laundry.

I simply cannot believe how they can get away with it again and again.

These faeces are organic waste carrying bacterias and viruses - a real hazard to everybody.

What can we do short of installing survelliance outside our windows??
