The organising committee should liase with HDB first to find put how many season parkings in that MSCP. Then the rest will be opened to public. Anyhow, human error......human is not God.

I think there is a diagloue session with Penny Low next week I think on the population challenge or someting like that..I think we should all go and raise our grievances about our estae Punggol and its facilities.
