Daily 6.30pm Modified Car Air Horn Honking at Edgedale Plains Blk 172

Every evening 6.30pm this Modified Car Air Horn at Edgedale Plains Blk 172 will start to horn, and because it was modified, the horn is very loud and sharp, my young kids and elderly always get a bad shocked or woke up suddenly from naps. Our HDB designs are facing blk to blk, the sharp sound of the horn (sound waves) travels upwards reflecting against the blocks, that is why the Air Horn sound very destructive, TP, LTA or Neighbourhood Watch, please help!!!

Why dont someone just catch which car it is and have a chat with the car owner ?
