Why was the bus company fined $4500 ? Reason......because only some of it's buses was over-crowded and others did not arrive frequently enough.
Why was the other bus company fined $100 ? Reason..... because one of it's buses was over-crowded.
Frankly, every time on service 17 running from White Sands looping Bedok Interchange, it was so crowded that some commuters are forced to stand besides the bus driver blocking his rear mirror. It happens most of the time.
Waiting time ? It was hell.........as long as 30 minutes. This is the view of only one Singaporean. What about the other million commuters ? Should be something similar. So how can only one bus is over-crowded ?
