Not sure if anyone of you share the same experience. Every month the cleaners will come and wash the block, corridors etc BUT do you find that this washing is like making the floor even more dirty???  mad They washed alreadi, then left the water to dry up by itself. And be4 it dries up, pple step on the floor and leave dirty footprints behind.

Feel so frustrated. Might as well don't wash right. If wanna wash, the cleaners shld mop dry right! Really cannot tanah.

Do anyone know who i shld raise this issue too?

U can attempt to raise this issue to the town council.

My advice is to have it in writing after u r lucky enuff to speak to their maintainance officer in charge of ur estate.

Also keep a record of their reply. Most likely they will talk to their conservancy (cleaner) supervisor of this matter.

Good luck if they respond.

(no wet floor signages, no mopping, no dusting of spiderwebs, metal railings dirty n tarnish why bother to give us metal railing when it looks dull like sandpaper, lift in-car is dirty, lift walls are dirty, stenches at corridors, dustbin hoods are dirty, etc etc etc) Angry

I also highlighted this problem to that same TC guy. He said 'ok....we'll let the cleaner knows'. Till date like no action.

Next time ask him his name.... CONFIRM SOME ACTION DONE.... hehehe...

BTW, dun say i teach one hor... u can try to call the hotline no. at the lift lobby. The operator will note ur feedback n key into system... this will put things into record.... the person in charge will need to rectify any irregularities before he can delete the remarks/complaints.

hehehe...  Grin
