Recently, almost every night or alternate night, our neighbor who is staying at 8 floor, Blk 174A, are pouring dirty soap water down from their window, washing their air cond compressor and something else. causing dirty water splashed into our kitchen and wet our clothing which were hanging for drying over night.
I am sure she is from 8th Floor, I caught her once, seen her pouring water down and water smell like soap water, if anyone in blk 174A annoyed by such inconsiderate behavior?
Where should I report such case to?
If anyone know how I can deal with such neighbor, let me know.
