Go take a look at blk 128-C; facing the TPE, every level u can see brown exterior corridor wall base, Blk A (I think), facing the function hall, the top level corridor ceiling no more paint,....can from downstairs, as for black mould, mostly outside the windows n top levels loh, ............ clothing oso affected, got black mould.......

OMG , u mean clothings also can have mould? That bad? I never notice leh!
I will take note of mine too.
Maybe should seriously inform town council.......

yes, i saw black patches similar to the blk 118, 116, 114 facing TPE

surprisingly, those other blocks facing TPE like Blk 104A, 104B, and Blk 203, 204 don't have black black things.
