Blk 101B level 4 have a noisy neighbour, most of the time open door and on loud music or movie sound till mid night ex tonight 11 01 2010
every time i can smell pple somking outside my corridor that is inconsiderate a
yet no one dare to complaint.....
I would like some action to be carry out , can i bring this up the MP ?

Smoking in life lobby is prohibited by LAW. U can make a police report. For the noise, even if u report to police , they will just warn them and if your neighbour very inconsiderate type, this will continue.. Sigh.. call police , HDB, town council no use one .. just deterrence not a cure ..
FOr me , I have inconsiderate nieghbour smoking at the kitchen window and the smoke always go up and come into my house. We confronted them also no use .. tell police, HDB , town council no use .. U have to think of your own ways to dealt with them.. or be forgiving and live with it .. FOr my neighbour upstairs, makes lot of noise too.. also no point complaining to the authorities.. Pray that in ur next flat u get better neighbours or pray to God that ur situation will improve.
