Big Dog roaming around

Im not sure if there others have encountered it before. There's a big brown dog with either a bandana or a red tag around its neck without his owner around. few months ago while at home i saw it sniffing passed the 168 the back area around 5plus, with its size, im quite shocked to see it sniffing and roaming around freely, my only concern was what if children esp young toddlers bumped into him.. its either the toddler or him can have any kind of reaction. then last week, it saw it again around 10pm. again w.o someone..

who's dog is it.. and why its roaming freely..

Just bringing it up so that at least some1 look into it...

That dog belongs to the temple.
Saw a few times someone from the temple guiding it around.
Though the dog looks hugh, it's very tame.

Hmm, I saw the that dog too. At the temple. Really tame and obedient. However, Im sure people with young children will get concerned. Maybe you can go to the temple and ask. If you are worried. Its the temple at Sengkang East way along the whole stretch of empty land, the sea is behind.
