Beware of vandal at Blk 166 Multi-storey carpark !

i've been to the carpark at blk 600+,
feel that the carpark at 166 is darker even during the day.

does anyone feel the same?  can HDB actually improve on it?

yes it is dark because the blocks are blocking the sunlight
did u notice something
that our block have so call motion sensors lighting?
if we pass some sensor, then the lights will be on
well good saving technique
but the lighting is quite bad in my opinion

was at my place this after, notice that the ceiling on the 2nd floor carpark @ 116A was leaking.

did u guys notice?
