Beware of cheats at Durian Store outside Punggol Plaza

I usually get my durians and even other fresh fruits from Blk 152A Bishan St 11 fruit stall.
It's not like those durians we see almost everyday as if season all year round.
Infact, the durians at this fruit stall really comes in seasons and they are from Malaysia, not Thailand.
The stall keepers will ensure the durians are good quality cos they believe in value for $.
Last heard the plantation in M'sia belongs to them so that's why they can control the quality of the imports.
Pretty honest people and fruits are always in good quality. No regrets for getting my durian and fresh fruit supplies from them for so many years.
A little bit of travelling but if quality is assured, frankly I do not mind.

Just beware lor folks,

Some stall holders always say their stock fresh n good. But out of 10 maybe lucky can pick up 2 or 3.
Ask them to chose sure got prob, if could get someone who know this.

i think the best go cold storage, at least it's a hugh hypermart that give money back guarantee. A friend of my went to buy Styrofoam packed durian to test out this theory. after eating the pack, he went back to complaint that the durians are not fresh, the management gave him another pack FOC. but of course he did not accept it.

sharing this not opening up a gateway for cheapo to capitalize hor.
