Base on the news report by TNP. This hoodlum is only charged - if convicted voluntarily causing hurt for a fine of $1000 and maybe jailed for a year. Why isn't he is charged for roadbully or roadrage? 
Can't believe this incident is happening in Punggol. what is S$1000 fine for a high ranking officer in youth challenge.
i hope justice be fair.
