Commuters on the LRT, going to work and back may have notice a hugh project going on for quite some time between Damai LRT Station & the Waterway @ Punggol. ( QUIETLY )

The much talk about " NTUC Fairprice " is close by at Block 612.

Waterway Brooks is bounded by Punggol Drive and Punggol Road. It comprises 14 Blocks, the lowest 10 storey high, highest being 17 storey. There are altogether 1,312 units to chose from, the smallest being the studio apartments probably meant for the elderlys, the rest four and five room premium flats.

Recreational facilities include landscaped courtyards, fitness stations, shelters, playgrounds and trellises.

A childcare centre, education centre, resident committee centre are in the pipeline.

Let's take a look at the different display of building equipments at the construction site.
