Waterway Banks , A Project Within Metres Of My Waterway @ Punggol

Waterway Banks just started construction not long ago is just within metres next to My Waterway @ Punggol.

It is also next to the Edgefield Plains road extension to a network of new roads which was once occupied by Pig Farms / kampongs in the good old days. ( it is sad to note soon the whole place will be converted into yet another concrete jungle )

On the Pig Farm sits Waterway Banks with 1060 flats.

158 units of 2 room flats costing in between $85,000 to $111,000 per unit.
252 units of 3 room flats costing in between $150,000 to $199,000
606 units of 4 room flats costing in between $257,000 to $359,000

As usual, the site is fenced up, building equipments poured in, temporary sheds built with piling work in progress.
