Water Bay Executive Condominium

Water Bay Executive Condominium was bounded by Punggol central, Edgefield Plains and Punggol Road, situated just in front of Edgefield Primary School.

The development consists of 2, 3, 4, 5 bedroom and Penthouse units made up a total of 383 units.

The site had been fenced up since the begining of August and the construction of the showhouse / sales office is in progress. These are the pictures taken at the begining of August showing ground preparation and the showhouse under construction.

5 months later, after the first review, let's visit the site one more time and see what happens. First the construction site taken from high ground. The bird-eye view......

The showhouse is still intact with quite a number of cars park within the compound. There are 4 cranes, one or two drill rigs for bored piles, a couple of excavators are working.

Looks like a number of bored piles had been concreted in at least two or three different locations. This picture and the following picture brought closer tells a story.
